Cancellations will only be accepted before your items are shipped.

Returns & Refunds
Faulty or damaged item
Please email us within 5 days of receiving your order with the following:
• Your order number
• What the issue is
• A clear photo of the issue

Change of mind & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please get in contact with us to discuss. To be eligible for a return refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and with its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 3 business days once received.

We do not issue refunds or accept returns for a change of mind. If your product is damaged or faulty please get in contact with us.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:
  • Custom orders
  • Items on sale
Conditions of Returns
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
