Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations:
Cancellations will only be accepted before items are shipped.

Returns & Refunds:
We do not issue refunds or accept returns for a change of mind. If your product is damaged or faulty please get in contact with us.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. 
 

Contact us with your name, invoice number, product name and reason for the return. Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be refunded.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Keychains for hygiene purposes
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
